What Happens If You Fail Bumble Photo Verification?
Bumble says a failed photo verification means a retry, not a ban, unless you were reported as fake. What is stated, what isn't, and how Tinder compares.
If you fail Bumble photo verification, Bumble’s own how-to page says you can try again until you are verified. The stated exception: a profile reported as a potential fake and then rejected is turned off, so it sees no one and no one sees it.

The request-verification page describes a selfie mimicking one of a hundred random poses, reviewed by “a real person on Bumble’s team”; the privacy policy says the scan “can include the use of facial recognition technology”.

Why is my Bumble photo verification not working?
The pages read give one mechanism: your selfie must mimic the pose shown, and the privacy policy says the scan compares it with your profile photo. A mismatch is the only stated reason for rejection, and Bumble says a rejected attempt can be retried.
How long does Bumble photo verification take?
Both bumble.com how-to pages say the confirmation or rejection arrives “in a few minutes”. Neither gives a longer window or a queue time, and neither is dated, so we cannot say when that wording was last checked against the live process.
Does Bumble verification delete your selfie?
The policy does not say the photo is deleted. It says verification photos are not added to your profile, but the scans are kept “to verify you in the future and for our records”, never longer than 3 years after your last interaction with Bumble.
